Order placement, Payment Terms, and Pricing 

To streamline the ordering process, we encourage our customers to utilise our online enquiry cart. Simply select the desired items and submit your request. Alternatively, you can send an email enquiry directly to info@capitalsleepers.com.au or contact us at 1300 830 292. Once you have obtained all necessary information to support your order and confirmed it with us, an invoice will be generated and sent to you for payment. 

Can I cancel or change my mind after placing an order? 

If you choose to cancel your entire order within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date, a minimum restocking fee of $60 + GST will be charged. The exact fee depends on the order size and restocking requirements. Changes to the quantity or type of sleepers and/or steel posts may also incur fees, especially if the order has already been prepared for delivery or collection. Additional charges may apply based on the required amendments and any impact on previously arranged freight costs. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for over-ordered items. Therefore, we strongly advise careful consideration before placing your order to avoid inconvenience and disappointment. 

What do I do if part of my order is damaged? 

The customer assumes responsibility for the ordered products once collected from our Fyshwick warehouse or acceptance upon delivery. Any defects or damages to the ordered products must be reported to Capital Concrete Sleepers along with photo evidence within 72 hours of pickup or delivery for any claims to be considered.
